Meet the Team
EXCITING NEWS!
Emma is training to become a full-time therapy dog and would love to join you in sessions! She is a fun-loving 11-month-old companion and is an excellent source of comfort and joy!
I have always had a heart for serving and have also enjoyed connecting with others to truly get to know them and hear their stories. As we all have a story of our own, it is my goal to journey along with others to understand and explore their history to encourage and help cultivate positive growth. As I help others overcome difficult situations, I desire to make a positive impact on everyone I have the opportunity to work alongside.
I have always found it easy to connect with others, as I am authentic, compassionate, supportive, and provide a safe and non-judgmental environment. As it can be difficult for some to express themselves with words, I enjoy incorporating art therapy to allow others the creative freedom to truly express themselves without having to use words.
My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused to ensure that the strengths and passions of others can be used to create positive changes.
I specialize in Personal Growth and Development, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, Behavioral and School Issues, and Self-Esteem and Confidence Issues.
I hope I have the opportunity to join you on your journey of healing and growth!
We offer the professional care you deserve to overcome adversity and maximize resilience.
